Water damage can cause tremendous damage to your home. Marlarm offers sevices such as flood detection and temperature monitoring. These two features can alert you to a potential problem and therefore limit the damages. We can install a low temperature device that will send an alarm signal to the control panel when freezing temperatures are approaching. This will allow you to react before your pipe bursts.
